CD-ROM Orders
Orders for the 401kXtra program printed on compact disc are still available but unfortunately we cannot offer these free of charge. They will be shipped by postal mail within two business days from the date the order is received. We value our customers; therefore, any information you supply is considered confidential and will not be shared or distributed to anyone.
All orders are subject to the 401kXtra License Agreement.
Ordering by Check
To order the CD-ROM version by check, make checks payable to 401kXtra. Address mail orders to 401kXtra, 5905 N. Center Road, Saginaw, MI 48604. Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank. Postal and bank money orders in US dollars are also accepted. Orders by check or money order will also incur an additional $3.00 processing fee, and should be accompanied by the 401kXtra Order Form.
